We are proud to ship worldwide.
For orders to the United Kingdom there is a £19.99 GBP flat rate shipping fee.
We offer free shipping to United Kingdom for orders over £800 GBP.
For orders outside of United Kingdom there is a £40.00 flat rate shipping fee.
if you opt-out of the signature release, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
How long will it take to get my jacket?
Our fulfilment times vary based on our stock; please check the item description for fulfilment estimates.
If we have your jacket in stock, fulfilment times generally range from 3 to 10 business days. If we do not have your jacket in stock, we are often able to have the jacket handcrafted and shipped within two weeks. Regardless, to be safe, we do quote fulfilment times as being 2 to 3 weeks for items not stocked (or for custom orders).
Important Tax information for customers who reside outside of United Kingdom
For customers who reside outside of United Kingdom duty fees/taxes do apply and are determined by the destination country. GHUMN.COM does not collect these fees and is not responsible for taxes collected by the destination country.
Refusal to pay taxes will result in a forfeiture of your order. We are unable to accept any parcels “returned to sender,” and the parcel will therefore be destroyed by the courier. This is non-negotiable. Should you refuse to pay your destination country taxes, you will not be eligible for a return or an exchange, and you are not eligible for any reimbursement. If you do not pay your taxes owed, the parcel will be destroyed, and you will not receive a reimbursement.
If you are placing an order from the UK and your order value is under 800GBP, you are exempt from duty taxes.
Where do you ship from?
At present, we are utilising a mixed model for shipping. We continue to offer a made-to-order service with options for customisation, and we also carry limited stock in our London studio space. Packages will ship out either from Italy Work Shop or from London Studio, depending on the item and nature of the order. To ensure that our orders are expedited to our customers swiftly, safely and securely, we utilize both DHL Express, UPS and FedEx.
